I have a few rules you must read. Rules apply to both Elite and Link Exchange unless otherwise noted.

♥ No excessive cursing or explicit content.
♥ HTML sites only. Premades are fine!
♥ You must have my linkback/text link up before applying.
♥ Anime/Manga, Graphics, Resources, and Review sites are accepted.
♥ Fansites accepted only if I like the fandom. Ask!
Elite:
Must visit at least 3 times a month.
Quality of site must be the same or better than mine.
Site must update regularly.
Must link me on every page- I will do the same!
Link Exchange
Quality of site must be at least close to mine or better.
Site must update at least once every 2 months.
You must visit me at least every 2 months.
Link me somewhere on your site.
Make sure you meet these requirements... and post in the c-box!
